The production features and functions: The process of tubing pump entering the water as flows: The pump barrel along with pipeline drop to desired depth, Plunger connected to the pumping rod together enter into pump barrel. In the event that the pipeline is in the same size, the installed tubing pump is bigger than installed rod pump. The tubing pump has simple structure which is used for the oil well of shallow depth of pump tube installation and high oil production.
The tubing pump includes two types, standing valve non-detachable THD and detachable THC\THM. The standing valve of standing valve detachable tubing pump is fixed and sealed by mechanical or cup support device. In pumping inspection operation, we couldn't pull out the oil pipeline and directly pull out the standing valve and plunger together. It is used for oil well which has short-period pump inspection. |
