2. Function of product: The constant external fluid resistance-pillar is used with hinged metal roof beam or used as separate supporting column.
3. Scope of application:
(1). Coal seam obliquity <25 ° , when obliquity is 25~35 ° , some safety protection measures could be took.
(2). We can supply 15 specifications individual hydraulic props, which are used in from 0.5m to 4.5m coal seam.
(3). Working resistance of pillar is 200 ~ 250 kN, floor compressive strengthˇÝ20 Mpa; Working resistance of pillar is 300 ~ 400kN, the floor compressive strengthˇÝ28 Mpa.
(4). When the bottom plate is soft, we should wear columnar shoes.
Process features:

2. All of fuel tanks, plunger and column head adopt IF pipeline heat treatment to guarantee heat treatment quality and improve productivity
3. The fuel tank adopts single bore and rolling technology, inner bore machining accuracy and highly polished.
4. Inner surface of fuel tank and live cylinder adopt zinc-nickel alloy plating technology to improve corrosion resistance, the external surface of fuel tank adopts the process of spraying plastic with static, elegant appearance, corrosion resistance, resistance to break.
5. Mobile column is welded joint molding by CO2 TIG welding machine, elegant appearance, high intensity.
